There is a very simple but little-known reason why people can find themselves in otherwise good shape, yet still having stomach fat, or just finding losing stomach fat difficult in general, and that reason is this:
“The first places the body stores fat, and the places it defends it most fiercely are the places close to the middle of the body.”
Therefore, the closer to the middle of the body you get, generally, the more fat you encounter. (…)
