Still aching like a good’un from Mondays training session A, today was my B session, which I did around 30 minutes ago.
I have to say, today was probably the most brisk training session I’ve ever had. Saying that, there wasn’t much to it: 3 sets of bent over rows (6 inc. 3 warm up sets), 3 sets of bent over rows with an underhand grip, and 3 sets of barbell curls.
Still though, it took no more than 15-20 minutes, which is great.
It just goes to show how quickly it can all be done with, when you keep your rest periods very short, keep it intense, and don’t mess around.
