Ingredients:
- Take 2 scoops of your favourite chocolate protein powder (ON 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein is recommended)
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup Splenda® low calorie sweetener
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup of water
Directions:
- Mix ingredients in a bowl (don’t blend).
- Bake inside loaf pan (greased) at 350F for approx 40 minutes.
Of course, to make the bars, you simply need to cut into segments. These bars are very calorie dense, so they make excellent meal replacement bars, and are great for bulking – just don’t go too heavy on them if you are trying to lose fat.
