As I reported on Tuesday, I felt I had to lower my calories further to continue losing fat (eating at around 1,000 or less per day). For the rest of the week I’ve eaten sparingly for the most part. Besides several cups of coffee a day, I’ve had a small dinner (lunch, to my American readers) consisting of either a can of mackerel, an apple or banana, or something. I had some kind of instant noodle one dinnertime which was over 400 calories, but aside from that, I’ve definitely been eating less for dinner than I would have in weeks gone by.
As for my tea (dinner, to my American readers) I’ve eaten just what I normally would have been given for family meals, I would estimate. No real change… besides a late night half-portion of Chinese chicken curry and chips which I copped to already, ok?
It would seem that my abstinence during dinner has paid dividends at last, as the scales have now moved to 78kg or 12.28 stone.
I’ll be continuing to eat this way next week, also, and see how things go. With any luck I’ll have lost some more fat. If I haven’t, I’ll kill myself.
…just kidding. Someone else is liable to ‘get it.’
