Increase Testosterone Naturally: 2 Secrets For Maximum Testosterone

Increasing testosterone naturally means greater muscle gains without dangerous side effects…

Testosterone is an important androgenic hormone produced by both males and females, but because males produce so much more than females, they can build muscle much easier.

That’s why having naturally high testosterone levels is very important for male bodybuilders, and, a natural boost in testosterone for females looking to build muscle will also do them some good.

Ok, without further ado, what’s the deal?

Secret 1: Work the quadriceps

When you do exercise (particularly weight training) you automatically boost your bodies testosterone production. Therefore… by working the quads in particular, which are the largest muscle group in the whole body, you can boost your testosterone levels by an incredible amount.

The most effective exercises for this are barbell squats (or some variation) or leg presses.

Secret 2: Consume more saturated fats

Fats are an important element of building muscle (and of life and health in general). Of particular important are saturated fats. The kind you get in milk, and other regular everyday foods.

Fats get a bad rep, and all sorts of scaremongering and misinformation is spread about them which tell us to lay off them or we’ll all drop dead of heart attacks.

But… as someone who works out regular with weights, you aren’t simply letting the fats fester in your system. You are burning them and putting them to good use building your muscles. Consuming larger amounts of fats in such instances isn’t a recipe for coronary disease.
