Losing Stomach Fat: Why Stomach Fat Is The Last To Go

There is a very simple but little-known reason why people can find themselves in otherwise good shape, yet still having stomach fat, or just finding losing stomach fat difficult in general, and that reason is this:

“The first places the body stores fat, and the places it defends it most fiercely are the places close to the middle of the body.”

Therefore, the closer to the middle of the body you get, generally, the more fat you encounter. And, where is the stomach on the body? Slap bang in the middle. (Ugh!)

With this in mind, the most important thing you can remember is this:

“If the scales keep going down but you don’t notice any fat disappearing from your stomach… other fat-storage areas of the body are simply in line first – and the stomach will eventually get it’s turn, so keep going…”

Yes, it can seem like a very difficult task, and like it’s never going to happen. But, you’ve simply got to have a superior diet plan where you are eating sufficiently low calories (but not so low your body stops burning fat, as discussed in other articles on this site) and also a superior fitness regime with plenty of cardio… and the granddaddy of all fat loss boosters: heavy leg work.

You want to lose stomach fat? You’re going to need consistency, persistence, and patience. You will get there… the stomach just has to wait it’s turn, that’s all.
