I’m having the week off.
What!?! Losing motivation? Can’t be bothered? Gonna QUIT?

I’m more motivated than ever, but I also realise the importance in training smart. And that includes knowing when to have a break. It’s for my own good…
It does everybody good to have a week off every few months. It gives the body a real chance to recuperate fully, so you can come back stronger and more energised.
After my first 8 solid weeks of hard training, I think now is as good a time as any for me to take a week off, and, come back in March, refreshed, with a new arsenal of training methods at my disposal.
In the meantime, the diet shall continue as normal.
