		<description>i follow loading and maintaince phase while ingesting creatine but instead of 15  gms during maintainence phase i prefer 5 gm as per i have studied.

though it s a great supplement but it had not worked for me as i thought when starting it. may be there is some problem with my workout shcedule or routine or diet.</description>
